The Research Project Manage r is an integral member of the research team and Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Service (ABMT) in the Clinical Trials Office (CTO) . This role manages the functions and activities of assigned projects within the research organization and ensures compliance with all regulatory, institutional, and departmental requirements. This role also has direct staff management.

This position will be responsible for the oversight and execution of middle office activities that includes in-house and outsourced settlement processes for international, domestic and government securities.
The projects and programs will include efforts to develop and adopt golden sources of data across AM businesses, partner with technology and business stakeholders in reengineering platform functionality and operational processes.
In this role, the selected candidate maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, including planning and analysis, development of financial reporting strategies, policies and procedures, and understanding and applying financial standards to the Office of Employee Benefits.
In this role, you will develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans; maintain information on prices, rates, specials, packages, programs, etc, while ensuring all staff are trained in all areas.
