In this role, the selected candidate will execute effective mortgage marketing plans to meet or exceed agreed upon mortgage production goals; maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of BB&T Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, as well as secondary market investor's guidelines utilized by the bank.
In this role, you will be responsible for interviewing new and existing customers to determine their loan needs and advising those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing, while gather any additional required information.
Guide Customers through the mortgage application process. Explains information required and other aspects of the loan process to Customers. Explains variety of mortgage products and services available and offers recommendations based on evaluation of individual prospect needs.
