Design and implement improvement solutions on new and existing equipment; develop and improve control systems, manufacturing processes and preventative maintenance plans including programming, hardware configuration, drawings and technical documentation.
Special projects including providing assistance and recommendations regarding buildings, equipment, and processes relating to the integration of the manufacturing area. The development of working relationships and strong communication links through all cross function support areas of the organization.

Experience supervising a group of 5+ engineers who can mentor, coach, train, and oversee teams designing custom automated equipment for industries including manufacturing, material converting, packaging, test and inspection, etc.
Execute all requisite maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment, including facility/equipment maintenance, cost control, inventory management, capital planning, budgeting, and training of new employees.
