Perform operational investigations, evaluate and approve CAPA plans for transport and logistics related irregularities. Performs investigations related to warehousing in Canada and LATAM. Collaborates with relevant regional managers, in areas of responsibilities on matrix, KPIs and reports for the whole region.
The Manager, Performance & Inventory will work closely with Ad Operations, Account Management and Planning to ensure campaign success. Additionally, this position will identify any 1st and 3rd party reporting discrepancies and partner with Campaign Operations to trouble-shoot & resolve.
Develop, implement and monitor inventory control policies and proceduresChampion, measure, and drive inventory accuracy and reduction through use of process improvement, visual controls and partnerships with other functional areas.
Develop strategies and lead negotiations to achieve transparent communication with suppliers with respect to long term supply and production strategies, including but not limited to implementing collaborative planning processes.
Manage the development, negotiation and implementation of major contracts leveraging spend, continuing to re-source recurring contractual commitments on a recurring cycle, manage emergent project work in support of operations, and manage key supplier relationships.
Solicits proposals from vendors and negotiates the best possible deal for materials and services, taking into account the quality, service and price for each proposal business management, and manufacturing plants, and serves as a facilitator between the business units and operations.
