The Litigation Business Development Coordinator will work with the Litigation Business Development team to create and implement litigation-specific business development and marketing initiatives for the Firm.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reconstructing fraudulent transactions, complex transactions, financial statements, etc.; assisting with the preparation of detailed analyses, expert and other reports, affidavits, and other client deliverables (demonstrative tables, exhibits and charts).
In this role, you will conduct statutory, regulatory or factual research with respect to client matters. Such research might include investigation of federal or state laws and regulations, relevant markets, corporate participants and industry standards and practices.
The paralegal will perform tasks related to, among other things, file management, discovery, legal and other research, case-related calendaring, reporting, matter-management and billing systems, and outside counsel management.
