Under general supervision of assigned attorneys and the Intellectual Property Practice Manager, and following prescribed department, office, and firm procedures, Paralegals are assigned to work primarily on specific cases/transactions, provide general assistance to a project team of attorneys (sometimes in multiple offices), and/or to support attorneys whose practice involves specific areas of law including Intellectual Property litigation and Complex Commercial litigation.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in commercial and real estate purchase, sale and financing transactions, including contracts, title reports and surveys, preparation of commercial leases, closing documentation and closing statements.

Core job responsibilities center around title work, loan closings, post-closing work, assignments of mortgage, purchase and sale transactions, lease review and digests, transfer taxes, auditors letters and state forms of acknowledgment.
Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate and finalize standard-type contracts under the general supervision of an attorney (including non-disclosure, master service, consulting, research, grant, physician service and standard limited license agreements).
This position is responsible for providing project management and paralegal support to attorneys who practice in the area of trademark law. This position requires an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with attorneys and other staff members.
In this role, you will review platform, arranging the processed data in the platform in a manner efficient for review, assisting in the creation of coding/tagging layouts within the platform, and managing the production of data from the platform.
In this role, the selected candidate will work directly with attorneys and clients on all phases of a corporate transaction, including due diligence, negotiating sessions, transaction signings, research, and transaction closings.
