The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and personnel research.
Develops and builds strong relationships with company leadership, management, and employees, and work at tactical and strategic level to develop, implement, and manage human resources policies & procedures.
Participate in discussions and/or workshops with internal HR business partners to understand key business capabilities, assess current state, and develop and align future state with the business strategy.
Provide trusted and expert advice and support on a range of HR issues such as reward, employee relations, talent, performance, organisation development/change, culture, leadership and learning and development.
Drives all aspects of complex strategic sourcing process including but not limited to working with Sourcing on contract negotiations of business and pricing terms and conditions, conducting research and providing benchmark data on pricing and/or other key terms and conditions and working with the internal business partners to develop negotiations strategies, objectives and plans.
Assist in all aspects of candidate search and sourcing processes including: Internet searching, cold calling, networking, publication lists and databases, research, pre-screening, employee referrals, internal databases, building and maintaining candidate databases.
In this role, you will support the employee end to end process form new hire through termination. This includes assisting with the recruiting process, handle new hire paperwork, and process data changes such as department transfers, job title etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist the HR Shared Services Team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, archiving, faxing, and the organization and coordination of various HR paperwork requests.
