This position is responsible for the full scope of human resources activities including; staffing, training and development, compensation & benefits administration, project management, employee relations, employment laws and regulations, health & safety, as well as maintaining a union free work environment.

The HR Employee Advisor (HREA) is responsible for providing HR process support from within the HR Service team. This role provides primary support for HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal and Policy, and also independently leads employee and manager meetings and interactions.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain HR policies regarding employment legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance as required to ensure risk of litigation is mitigated and staff, company and customer interests are maintained.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide daily consultative services, expertise and operational support to assigned division(s) on a broad spectrum of topics, including, but not limited to: employee relations and investigations, performance management, employee movement, recruitment, talent developmental needs, compensation actions and labor contract compliance.
In this role, you will perform basic employee relations functions including support and counseling regarding personnel and job related conflicts, employee performance issues and terminations; conduct exit interviews.
A portion of your leads will come from building external referral sources and a portion are developed from our internal team. There are dollars in the hustle and most leads are self-generated through a structured, proven activity plan.
This individual must have strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with co-workers , employees, and applicants and develop effective partnerships with hiring managers and understand their business needs.
In this role, you will assist in-house and outside counsel with a variety of general litigation issues, including those related to the Companys products liability, marketing, and employment litigation.
