In this role, you will lead and deliver global payroll consulting engagements, including strategy, process evaluation, process improvement and risk mediation, design of payroll delivery options (consolidation of multiple payrolls, vendor advisory, shared service center development, use of technology to generate efficiencies), and payroll transition management.

Responsibilities related to corporate transactions would include: Coordination of key stakeholders, legal counsel, and internal strategy groups to work through the negotiation processes and legal documentation in support of the transaction.

leadership of Erie union relations with four unions representing approximately 2,000 employees in production, security, clerical, technical and drafting/design occupations.
In this role, you will be responsible to partner with senior HR leaders and HR colleagues from our Centers of Excellence, including Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR Core Services and Operations.
The successful candidate will provide support to employees in all HR related disciplines including, but not limited to: employee relations, policy guidance, talent management, organizational development and restructuring, and performance management.
In this role, you will manage the identification, development, implementation, continuous improvement and administration of core business metrics, determine required analytics and produce an intelligent and actionable HR and Line of Business dashboard.
