In partnership with management, including senior members of the executive team, this position creates alignment between people and organizational development strategies along with short and long - term business strategies.
Coordination and management of a full range of HR activities across a global, diverse set of Market Intelligence business units/teams; partner with regional HR colleagues to ensure global agenda is achieved while managing to local requirements.
Establish and build strong relationships with the Business to deliver business aligned HR solutions that are congruent with business goals and objectives; Execute HR strategies and / or priorities which support business goals.
Collaborate with senior management on running a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive its implementation across various businesses and functional teams.
