In this role, the selected candidate will need to perform risk assessments and monitor performanxce of company level controls within SOX framework as well as assist others with technical accounting questions as needed.
This individual, as part of the Corporate Accounting and Finance Department, will also have the opportunity to participate in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury projects that are typically outside of the financial reporting department.

In this role, the selected candidate will update the Company's financial and accounting policies as needed and assist the Divisions and Internal Audit in the application and adherence to the policies; lead the preparation and analysis of a wide variety of financial and other external reports including SEC filings i.e. 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings.
In this role, the selected candidate will be planning, performing and ensuring all key SEC financial reporting requirements including Form 10-Q, Press Releases, Form 10-K, Form 8-K and Proxy Statement are met in accordance with required timelines.
In this role, you will support Senior Program Manager with cost and budget tracking, team/people/skill development, performance review and target setting/achievement and presentations for senior management (Directors and VPs).
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in the preparation of financial statements for various alternatives clients in accordance with the client mandated and/or regulatory reporting calendar.
In this position, you will prepare monthly financial statements, review and sign off balance sheet account reconciliations, review and post monthly journal entries and perform all month end close activities.
