The Financial Analyst will primarily assist the Chief Accounting Officer in all financial aspects (preparation and review of the quarterly 10-Qs, the annual 10-K, select and engage outside consultants, analysis of financial results, analysis of various business initiatives, oversee cash management, implement and maintain appropriate internal controls and financial procedures, coordinate audits and tax filings, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, manage investor relations, and other accounting issues as they arise).
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate with business area clients and/or partners to obtain necessary supporting information /documentation; ensure compliance with internal financial accounting policies and procedures.

The IT Junior Financial Analyst will report to the IT Director of Financial Reporting and will play an instrumental role in preparing for the IT monthly financial reviews with the cost center owners as well as the monthly calculation of capitalization for both Business and IT.
In this role, you will be responsible for various reports to FINRA including the customer reserve computation (rule 15c3-3), the net capital computation (rule 15c3-1), daily key balances report, chart of accounts maintenance, monthly management reports, and other ad-hoc reporting.
