As a Field Service Engineer, your primary mission will be to work with our customers within your defined territory to install, maintain and upgrade our robotic Automated Teller Machines. You will also play a role in managing customer contracts and providing technical support during sales demos. Your background in electro-mechanical systems, coupled with your strong customer service skills with enable you to hit the ground running.
The selected candidate will analyzes, designs and develops specifications and applications for interfaces for both external application exchanges. Maintains awareness of the latest software development tools and business processes to ensure the programming efforts use the most efficient resources and current best practices available.
In this role, the selected candidate works under minimal supervision on mid-level complex programming tasks; provides analysis of problems, recommends, and implements solutions. Prepares program specifications and develops prototypes as needed.
The selected candidate will design, code, test and implement applications to support business operations.Participate in design meetings, code reviews, security assessments and all other aspects of the software development life cycle.
