The Regional Director, Human Resources, Behavioral Health is responsible for providing HR leadership, direction, and technical expertise in a variety of HR areas including but not limited to HR strategy, talent acquisition process, employee retention, organizational change, employee relations, regulatory compliance, wage and hour, etc.
Managing all aspects of hr operations and strategy including: recruiting, training, compliance with labor laws, coaching, employee relations, performance management, compensation, culture, organizational design and developing our employees to their maximum potential.
The HR Financial Performance role will be responsible for spearheading the budgeting process for HR, tracking the HR financials including OneProject costs and developing the strategy to identify and report key HR metrics, analytics, and financials to inform the development of broader HR strategies and business objectives.
Provides leadership to maintain and enhance effective labor (in coordination with the Labor team) and employee relations practices necessary to allow company to recruit and retain the best diverse talent, promote a high level of employee morale and minimize risk to the organization.
Oversee the performance management process and work with OpCo leaders on their associate reviews and evaluations. Deliver leadership training for OpCo leaders on various HR topics, including ethics, labor laws, policies and procedures.
Lead and manage the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with the company's engagement teams, and direct communication of results with clients.
Identify and implement best practices for full lifecycle of employee development including recruitment, orientation, training and development, performance management, retention and succession planning.
Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Oversees the Human Resources function for a designated division. Establishes objectives for divisional operations, and develops and interprets Human Resource policies and procedures and their administration.
As a member of the Human Resources Transaction Services team, you will help companies address the specific compensation benefits and equity issues that surround a transaction. PwCâs expertise in HR strategy, plan design, compliance, and communication helps companies address and resolve the issues of change in order to complete successful transactions, including the smooth assimilation of employees and the implementation of new benefit plans.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that all government requirements (Federal, State and local), filings, postings, and laws are satisfied for each location. Assist in the development of performance metrics that drive business goals.
