You will serve as a primary attorney for a Research & Development Incubator function, and partner with your clients to develop, manufacture, market and distribute cutting-edge products and services worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of the Compliance RCSA Program including: Process Mapping; Control Identification, Assessment and Substantiation; and Issue Management.
In this role, the selected candidate must have extensive hands-on experience structuring, negotiating and closing M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, and/or negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
The candidate should be comfortable working independently and have experience working in both small local teams as well as global virtual teams. Experience with business management, data analysis and productivity programs as well as resource management is a must.
