In this role, you will direct and assist with the administration of proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications.
The Contract Manager will work in close collaboration with Programs Department colleagues and managerial staff as well as with all other CAMS departments as required for contracts payments, compliance, data/reporting.
In this role, you will develop and get signoff on the Project Strategy document, the "plan of plans", including, but not limited to, the communications plan, project team structure, recurring meeting (including steering) frequency, etc.
In this role, you will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including confidentiality, license, data transfer, distribution, alliance, development, vendor and technology service agreements.
The successful candidate will proactively develop systems for organizing and reporting information, create and develop methods to address process improvements, and have an ability to monitor and forecast financial projections of the R&D business. It is critical that this successful candidate establish and maintain relationships with a variety of people in different roles / levels and physical locations.
