This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
This position will lead a variety of continuous improvement and process improvement projects and for coaching others to learn and apply continuous improvement principles and tools to their daily work. With experience, the candidate will also design new business processes.
