Direct all aspects of execution for projects in accordance with the scope of the contract including pre-bid meetings, proposal preparations, project start up, contract management, change order management, resource loading, cost controls, material buy out, subcontractor management, cash flow management and change order negotiations.

The Geotechnical Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of geotechnical construction projects, including project estimating, contract negotiation, direct supervision of project teams onsite, safety, and quality control.
