The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist supports the Senior Director-Corporate Communications in developing and executing a strategic, integrated internal communications strategy across the company global operations, including e-mail, print, intranet, video, webcasts, social media, face-to-face and other relevant communications vehicles.
Develop strong relationships with internal subject matter experts, working closely across business departments to understand their ongoing priorities, and ensure messages are delivered clearly and effectively.

In this role, you will prepare and distribute member materials in accordance with federal, state and statutory requirements. Reviews and produces all member materials for timely submission to CMS and/or DOH. Coordinates CMS and/or DOH approvals and disapproval with affected departments and vendors. Works under general supervision.
Assists in the evaluation and development of feasible opportunities for marketing exposure and messaging in new and existing business with support from relevant resources both within and outside the company.
Work closely with the NA team and global editorial leaders to develop editorial calendar and provide creative ideas, including art, photographs, video and other material, to illustrate key messages and supporting content.
Responsible for providing regulatory support and expertise in product compliance. Responsibilities include supporting the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring software system and preparing, revising and maintaining SDSs/product labels in accordance with global hazard communication standards.
