The Commercial Vehicle Account Manager is responsible for service and support of all GM franchised dealers and Commercial Vehicle Lending (CVL) products. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the dealers, manufacturer partners, and GM Financial.
In this role, the selected candidate must have demonstrated history of obtaining new business and retaining current customer base; ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and improve financial results.
In this role, you will promote sales through Companys value proposition of providing excellent customer service and solutions in the HVAC/R industry. The successful candidate will also cultivate and manage long-term relationships and seek out, qualify and close new sales opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide strategic planning and execution for large and complex commercial customers. He / she will also cache, communicate and develop Commercial Sales Managers to create best practices and facilitate seamless implementation of business plans.

provide technical assistance and guidance on energy efficient technologies, fuel conversions and practices to building owners/operators, architects, engineers, contractors and other trade allies participating in client-sponsored existing facility and new construction programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing Commercial Development Sales unit's efforts to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives; assist with the execution of strategies to increase and retain commercial accounts.
The Account manager will be responsible for supporting a wide spectrum of clients through marketing insurance products to retail brokers, agencies, attorneys, consultants, as well as commercial and industrial clients.
