The Senior Manager, Clinical Operations is responsible for the management of clinical studies in multiple Phases including, but not limited to, the development of study start-up materials, clinical supplies, case report forms, contracts and budgets, investigator meetings, and regulatory document filing.
The Senior Category Manager, Development Clinical Operations is responsible for the development and oversight of processes related to the Clinical Organization's outsourcing and contracting activities, including ongoing development and implementation of the branded clinical trial sourcing strategy.
Assists in updating corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support adherence to company policies and procedures concerning Clinical Affairs, in coordination with Global Clinical Affairs team members.

This position will support/ provide project and process management leadership to the site staff training process improvement team and oversight of the Site staff training CAPA currently open and with targeted deliverables.
Work with staff in Project Management, Clinical Trial Design & Strategy, Vendor Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Business Development and Operations, to provide relevant clinical and ancillary supply data critical to the ability of the organization to develop plans for the successful implementation and conduct of global clinical trials.
