Facilitate internal review meetings to ensure that studies/projects are progressing as expected; facilitate scientific discussions with the client, Study Director and scientific and regulatory experts.
The Client Services Managers (CSM) is primarily responsible for working with the Client Services Directors (CSDs) to ensure that client contract deliverables and operations needs are being met. The CSM works closely with the CSDs to plan, schedule and monitor project milestones for client support activities.
Assisting in the development of new & existing global client relationships, optimizing service offerings, productivity and profitability; overseeing the integration of large fund administration mandates.
Represents clients internally and works independently to coordinate with other functions to develop, coordinate, and implement client systems, complete projects, solve unique problems, and address ad hoc service needs.
Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews to continually reinforce alignment w customer's business objectives; deliver monthly/quarterly cross channel optimization sessions w the support of advanced analytics.
This position sits in the Account Management group within Client Services and is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided by the company. This will be achieved by the sharing of information between the Client and Operations and by monitoring the service Operations provides to Clients.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers in regards to life and health insurance policies, assisting the underwriting team with policies and all back office work relating to policy writing, dealing with escalated issues, and working directly with carriers.
This person will lead a geographically distributed organization that is responsible for delighting our advertisers by maximizing the return on their marketing investment with AMG, delivering flawless ease of doing business and be responsible for driving client service strategy and execution.
