In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and executing on strategic growth and innovative GTM programs, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicating project goals, risks and action plans for success at a strategic level.
In this role, you will provide leadership, direction and administration of all aspects of the Medical Centers operations in order to achieve our Mission of Compassionate Care, Healthcare Excellence and Superior Service, meet our targeted goals & objectives including, but not limited to, financial, building/property resource management, patient satisfaction and quality.
In this role, the selected candidate will independently source new strategic sources of revenue; think like an owner by employing an entrepreneurial spirit to discover and execute against new sources of revenue.
In this role, you will own and execute key projects, including technology, acquisitions, integrations, new product launches, business model design, key talent initiatives, cross-functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong commitment to authentic leadership, outstanding customer service and continuing program development in a dynamic and highly competitive healthcare market. Requires MHA or equivalent.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with senior management to gain a clear understanding of business objectives and effectively translating them to communication objectives and strategies.
