The Manager, Marketing & Partner Solutions (MPS) Strategy, is a key position within the MPS Strategy group. The Strategy group works with the VMN Ad Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to assist them in the evaluation of market trends, development of overall sales strategy and goals, and enables MPS Leadership to make strategic choices. The group is a key driver of change in the MPS organization, while fostering collaboration across Ad Sales and related groups, to drive ad revenue growth and future opportunities.
Responsible for the management, execution and ROI of the Unite Program, channel strategy related to distributor loyalty programs, and defining and executing all product launches and go-to-market strategies and tactics to and through our distributor partners.
Ensure all retail promotions and card marketing creative are on brand and coordinate legal approvals as needed; collaborate with Gift Card Account Management team to facilitate all marketing activity to be utilized across retail touch points.
Communicate creative action items to our partners within the Nickelodeon Creative Advertising team and other business functions within Viacom to ensure ideas are actionable and within brand guidelines and standards.
