The Clinical Pharmacy Services and Policy Department is responsible for overseeing the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Process (Clinical Review Committee and Value Assessment Committee) from end to end for all formularies for Commercial (National, Preferred, Essential, and Select), Medicaid, and Medicare.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop various requirements models utilizing mock ups, process/workflow diagram models and /or data modelling; manage requirements traceability to ensure each Business requirement has been delivered as we have specified, through functional testing.
The selected candidate will develop and produce routine, non-complex standard and ad hoc departmental reports and spreadsheets to include but not limited to project or product strategy analysis, profitability, historical reporting, work flow analysis, statistical analysis, and financial analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience working in banking or financial/consulting analyst role, knowledge of Assessment and workflow systems data driven workflows and decision systems.
The position navigates across functional and technical boundaries to facilitate relationships and translate business needs into technology solutions as reflected in business requirements documentation.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing vital employee services, including print & copy, messenger, courier, fulfillment, SmartPrint program, SmartTrack and High Value Media Group (HVMG) that provides end-to-end capabilities, allowing us to design, personalize, print, assemble and deliver products the same-day.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with the design and development of client strategies around digital solutions; capture user requirements and translate into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries.
In this role, you will provide support to senior leaders and brokers by providing analysis, research, and perspective of client and market information that enables the business to think and approach clients strategically.
