The Quality Engineer will lead, identify, and implement the Morgan quality system at the factory and corporate level using lean techniques for quality improvement. The role will identify best practices, processes, and standard work for the integration into Morgans quality / manufacturing strategy to ensure consistent high quality results.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate with Program Area and Business Analyst teams to review and document business requirements; develop test scenarios in accordance with business requirements.
The Process Engineer is responsible for improving the manufacturing process including but not limited to, various tasks and projects involving lean techniques (analysis of systems and processes, implementation of improvements to those systems and processes) , product development ( trials for new and improved products, mechanical design of those products and their packaging).
The Product Engineer will contribute to design, process, and systems engineering. This position is responsible for creating customer approval and production drawings using SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD, preparing bills of material and production routings/instructions.
