In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a mentor to team members by conducting code reviews, sharing industry best standards and practices and training junior developers in systems analysis, programming, and program coding.
Provide technical feedback to engineering concerning product changes / enhancements. May be called on - site to assist in complex technical solutions requiring changes to core functionality, code, and systems operation.
Support Engineers articulate product solutions and market concepts to a mixed skillset of End-users. Using customer requirements, the team develops use cases for Engineering improvements, contributes to product documentation, and provides training to the teams we support.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze and design enhancement, development programs, and/or required fixes to production problems; design applications to functional and technical programming standards.
Be expected to drive design and architecture discussion across the team and to be responsible for high quality implementation. He/she will plan projects, assign tasks to the development team members and track delivery.
Provide coverage which will require shift/rotation and might include weekend work to cover primarily US hours of operation; Work day will vary depending on shift and could start at 8 AM EST if on early shift; or end at 10:00 PM EST for End of Day US Shift.
Lead in the design, development, deployment and support of software components, and software solutions for business units and/or enterprise level projects in the Microsoft .NET environment for multiple platforms.
