The selected candidate will supports the implementation of multiple projects with local IS departments for establishing specific project schedules meeting project budgets and, directing the work of project team members in a matrix environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for
work collaboratively within a project team environment to identify issues / risks, propose solutions, and adjust to shifting priorities while maintaining project pace / schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible to act as interface with internal customers, supported business sectors, as well as with the Technology organization in support of the relevant Production Application Services processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and update the Operations Workflow Log (OWL) for each client database to provide a checklist of vital tasks needed to be performed by operations on a daily basis.
In this role, the selected candidate will must be familiar with Unix; SQL; HTTP; XML; mobile applications running on Andriod, IOS, Windows 8 and or RIM; using tools like Quality Center, QTP, Device Anywhere, Perfecto Mobile, Jmeter and or LoadRunner.
In this role, you will assist in special projects, such as application go-lives, upgrades, enhancements, etc. Help IT staff as necessary migrate data from the various environments within Epic using standard utilities.
The position will entail responding to requests in a timely fashion (and escalating as necessary), coordinating cross-team efforts, documenting procedures, ensuring consistency, escalating systemic issues for prioritization, and automating processes as you see fit.
The selected candidate will manage and administer the operational activities associated with the assigned continuing care application. Conducts data analysis of high degree of complexity and prepares written reports of findings.
