In this role, you will provides information by reporting and interpreting operating results to all levels of management. This includes the formulation of accounting policies and the direction of preparation of financial statements and operating data reports.
Assist in the implementation and subsequent oversight of the revised internal controls of the bookkeeping function in order to ascertain that those controls are continuously being adhered to and deadlines are met.
Assists in developing, installing, and maintaining budgeting systems that provide control of expenditures made to carry out activities, such as advertising and marketing, production and labor, maintenance, or project activities, such as construction of buildings.
The candidate must be comfortable with GAAP principles, know what what a financial statement is and how to put one together, be comfortable with EXCEL, be comfortable explaining the numbers to partners and know what he/she is talking about from start to finish.
