The Logistics Specialist is responsible for planning transportation routes, warehousing, selecting the modes of transportation, tracking shipments from pick-up through delivery and looking to reduce costs and maximize savings.
Partners with creative services manager and creative team leader to manage and lead the team in all aspects of project development; ensures delivery of breakthrough ideas/work consistent with brand positioning and GSW-W standards (i.e., excellent creative, on target strategically, on time, and on budget).
This individual also acts as the team lead within the department driving computing sales, training and coaching team members on selling techniques, and inspiring other team members through positive attitude and behaviors.
This person will be focused on accounts in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior pharma experience is a must; must have prior experience working on pharmaceutical accounts, experience with both HCP & consumer a plus.
You will devise engagement strategies, approve content, manage scopes, deliverables and campaigns, and oversee reporting and resource allocation to ensure that all parties stay true to the strategic vision and voice across channels 24/7, 365.
Partner with planning team to collect, analyze and interpret existing business and consumer data froma variety of sources including concept testing, in-market testing, copy testing, brand health tracking and translate findings into marketplace opportunities.
Support and lead competitive
field efforts through the implementation of acquisition and win-back tactics as directed; coordinate processes to ensure accuracy in daily check-in/pre-screen of sales orders.
