In this role, you will manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, operational methods, growth, and quality and staffing.
The Program Manager will provide oversight of product technology transfer projects (new product introductions, product site to site transfers, in-sourcing, etc.). The successful candidate will manage projects across the lifecycle from conceptual (evaluation) phases through commercialization with particular emphasis during project kickoff and commercial product launch stages.
In this role, you will oversee the performance of all maintenance work packages, deliver on schedule and meet budget obligations for assigned aircraft, and serve as primary point - of - contact for customer during the maintenance process. Supervises assigned aircraft maintenance employees.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as customer primary point-of-contact in daily communications, coordinating, and follow-up for items such as time/labor/material quotes, preliminary invoices, progress updates, customer approval and debrief on work packages, resolution of squawks, and warranty issues. Upsells additional work to Customer.
The Project Manager is fully responsible for all tasks assigned referring to his/hers supervisor(s) for only those matters impacting projects outside their jurisdiction, requiring higher level intervention, requiring policy formulation, or matters likely to generate significant interest or controversy.
In this role, the selected candidate reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program.
