The candidate should also have a strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, and should have a complete understanding of common network service technologies such as AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, WMI, WSUS and SCCM.
In this role, the selected candidate will respond to requests from field sales staff for information (i.e.; price plan analysis and customer information/research) while providing administrative and sales support (i.e.; proposals, marketing information, handling customer service issues, problem solving and follow-up on customer service issues).
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the production release and operations teams to produce consistent, high quality, and packaged builds for deployment to our internal and external customers.
The candidate will be responsible for configuring systems with Active Directory, creating user accounts, permissions, implementing security baselines, patch and vulnerability remediation on Windows 2008R2 and Windows 2012R2 Servers. Experience working with deployment and disk imaging tools.
This position is responsible for maintaining table space changes in practice management systems and applications. This will include setting up and coordinating table space builds for new practices and updates for established clinics.
