Clearly understand and implement the marketing plan, accurately articulate the value proposition of the brand, and utilize on-label and approved marketing materials only in order to attain sales/patient objectives for assigned products on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Position will work with assigned regional sales team, vehicle center marketing teams, agency resources and dealer clients to execute region and dealer specific marketing solutions to effect common goals and objectives.
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for expanding existing customer base and the development of long-term business relationships of new Direct, End User, and Distributor Accounts.
Manage the team's selling of wound care solutions (biologics and devices) for dermal ulcers (venous, diabetic, pressure, burns, etc.) to surgeons (general, vascular, plastic), nurses, institutional administrative managers, etc. in hospital, wound center and office settings.
Promoting all assigned products to targeted oncologists, hematologist/ oncologists and ancillary staff, working with reimbursement and office management to ensure product reimbursement, in-servicing all staff to ensure safe and appropriate drug administration, driving thought-leaders and advocate development, and building strong relationships with other key personnel to drive product sales.
The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
