The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key business partner for our corporate leadership and will be responsible for aggressively identifying the right talent to support the needs of our growing and dynamic business.
In this role, you will be responsible to
develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full time placement solutions. Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with c-level executives and key decision makers.
This leader will lead and own talent acquisition strategies for the corporation, including recruiting top talent (all levels) and implementing and overseeing best practices to ensure an effective and high quality recruiting service, leading the talent acquisition processes and teams to successfully implement talent strategies, solve problems, and navigate problems and partner for guidance where appropriate.
The Recruiting Manager reports to the VP, Human Resources. Must be knowledgeable in personnel procedures, relevant laws related to interviewing candidates, explaining human resource policies, and preparing recruiting & human resource reports.
