The Recruiting Manager reports to the VP, Human Resources. Must be knowledgeable in personnel procedures, relevant laws related to interviewing candidates, explaining human resource policies, and preparing recruiting & human resource reports. Some of the essential functions of the job are as follows; other duties may be assigned.
In this role, you will be responsible for building partnerships, developing and maintaining strong relationships that include outreach to schools, target diversity organizations, professional organizations and other recruiting sources to ensure sourcing produces a strong talent pipeline.
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for developing a partnership with our client accounts by working directly with the client staffing team, hiring managers (Manager or Director level), or account team to develop and enhance strategies to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.
