The Nurse System Analyst will lead Care Management system upgrades, conduct performance audits and coordinate all staff system training. Develops, integrates, and downloads comprehensive applications to be used to assess department performance and support decision-making.
Lead financial team and develop all weekly and monthly financial close activities, planning, forecasting, and reporting models while overseeing their continuous innovation and communication to both your operations & other business partners.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
Utilize techniques to gather information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all of the stakeholder's needs, and the ability to ask questions that lead to an understanding of the business need.
Work with the 3rd party development teams to ensure acceptable level of post-implementation support is provided and to provide ongoing application support with focus on proactive problem management and resolution.
This position will also consult with personnel in the organizational units within area of responsibility to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, learn specific input and output requirements and recommend solutions that improve operations.
