The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
The candidate will be responsible for solution level Interop testing with multiple VOIP Products, testing, debugging, reporting and automation of several VOIP features, simulating complex VOIP deployments testing Voice/Video servers, endpoints and Session Border Controller features/system/security in a lab environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing the Software Quality Engineering (SWQE) mission to ensure programs have and are compliant to documented processes which meet customer and company requirements and are capable of producing quality software products.
Provide Quality Engineering support for Fabrication Production. Facilitate product and process improvements via product/process evaluations, data analysis, root cause analysis, and other common industry tools.
