In this role, the selected candidate will interacts with clients, partners and peers a multiple roles often consisting of: a project manager, systems analyst, system architect, product development, implementation designer, and implementer.
In this role, you will perform daily operational real-time monitoring, analysis and resolution of security events from multiple sources including but not limited to events from Security Information Monitoring tools, network and host based intrusion detection systems, content filtering solutions, firewall logs, & system logs matching existing SLA.
This role will also provide reporting & analytics support to the Vice President, Human Resources helping to synthesize data, glean insights, and develop executive presentations with a variety of audiences, all the way up to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Committee members.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting/Business/MIS or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred. Position requires 5+ years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture as well as business solutions deployment.
In this role, you will consults with operational programs on improving training delivery to support operational excellence, a patient-centered culture, associate readiness and demonstration of proficiency on services provided; coach job-embedded program trainers on effective training techniques .
