In this role, you will be responsible for working with key customer contacts at multiple levels. You will identify and align business and IT objectives, discover customer pain points, offer recommendations, and recognize current and future IT needs. You will play an integral part in helping our customers avoid unplanned outages by providing proactive preventative guidance.
In this role, you will utilize selling skills, consumer insights, negotiation skills and business acumen to influence retail customers to purchase our portfolio of products that best help them and the company meet financial targets and drive revenue & income growth.
Coordinating with other sales executives on inventory availability; coordinating with vendors and appropriate Academy personnel to ensure all contract fulfillment is executed within scope of project and on time.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Team to deliver customer driven, world class, leading edge, end to end solutions that rise to the challenges of first responder, government ( State & Local ) agencies primarily in the Oklahoma and Texas demographic.
Lead proposal development teams consisting of sales/account management, domain specialists, subject matter experts and others, including at times individuals from other Sabre business units or partners, to ensure successful on-time completion and quality delivery.
This position requires excellent F-16 SMS/Weapons system knowledge and understanding, outstanding interpersonal skills, communication skills, technical writing skills, and a knowledge of customer protocol.
