Account Services Specialist II is responsible for the following functions as they relate to Liquidations, Payoffs, Payment Processing, Invoice Processing, Disbursements and Bankruptcy related transactions.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform complex financial analyses, prepares related presentations and presents results including compilation and review of financial plans and budgets, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures and estimated income and expenses.
In this role, you will emphasize data analysis and set up evaluation for various programs such as formulary and um, especially related to client specific requirements and cvs standard product lists used for rxclaim adjudication benefit implementations, analysis, and changes.
In this role, the successful candidate will develop experimental designs and define specific measures of effectiveness and measures of performance to provide quantitative bases for the evaluation of decision options.
The Performance Analyst interacts with many groups across the company, including FPCMS, Fund Administration, Asset Management, Investment Capabilities Management, Shareholder Communications, and Legal, as well as other groups within the larger department including the Marketing Disclosure Operations team. The Performance Analyst interacts with these various groups to analyze performance related issues across many Fidelity products and set precedents for performance reporting policies.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive increased client satisfaction by consistently exceeding client expectations as they relate to the delivery and support of the company solutions and service; meet or exceed targeted goal of client satisfaction.
In this role, you will conduct and document basic and moderately complex quality assurance checks of core product for clients prior to release. The selected candidate will also work with client team to ensure Client Requirement documentation.
In this role, you will support the Business Operations & Controls group and is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of multiple systems or applications including their ongoing service delivery and/or operation.
