This position is responsible for all aspects of supporting the corporate quality department with the implementation of the quality system and quality management processes throughout the company.
The Manager, Outsourcing & Quality is responsible for overall managing, monitoring and reconciliation of assigned vendors performance/data/inventory/projects/initiatives used by Conifer HRCM involved in the resolution of revenue cycle management activities.

The Global Service Quality Manager is responsible in leading defined actions and initiatives, resulting in a significant contribution to overall Service Business and Alcon company growth and profitability through improved partnerships with our customers.
Ensure all Conifer assigned services for domestic or international outsourced vendor(s) remains compliant with Conifer/Client RCS policies, procedures, budget/expense, Service Level Agreements and Performance metrics.
