Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Responsible for ensuring proper use of forms, medical services and reporting standards to insurance company. Works with departmental management to ensure that Safety Training is alive and well in departmental meetings, stand up meetings, and in the consciousness of each hotel associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Distribution Centers Human Resource programs and procedures in the areas of team member recruitment, selection, placement and orientation; benefits, team member relations; equal employment opportunity; team member records; and payroll, within the parameters of employment laws and regulations and company policy.
