In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for mitigating client/member risks and internal risks through comprehensive understanding of the organization and any impacts of project components.
The Implementation Team drives SHS revenues through the delivery of hospitality technology products and services. Collaborating with hotels, the Implementation Team ensures optimal and timely configuration of solutions to ensure customer success. This role will manage detailed implementation activities, and works cooperatively with the Delivery, Sales & Account Management teams to advance company goals.
This position oversees all aspects of the client implementation process from initiation to delivery. Projects will span product lines, and the Implementation Manager works collaboratively with internal and external customers to deliver quality projects within the specified timeline and scope defined.
