The HR Generalist will partner with the HR Global Services team to support an employee-oriented, high performance culture which emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and ongoing development.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the facilitys attendance policy and employees adherence and recommends appropriate corrective actions; facilitate effective cross functional communication of HR initiatives and employee programs such as training, benefit enrollment, new hire orientation and employee action programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the full scope of human resources activities for multiple sites including: staffing, training and development, compensation & benefits administration, project management, employee relations, employment laws and regulations, health & safety, as well as maintaining a positive union free work environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals; performs gap analysis and provide recommendations as necessary.
In this role, you will assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
