In this role, you will provide consultative guidance to executive business leaders on talent needs, organization design, leadership development, change management strategies, and HR programs needed to move the business forward .
In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with senior leadership to review business strategies and priorities and align people resources to execute upon strategies; evaluate organizational structure and conduct analysis with leadership team to align talent with business needs.
In this role, you will lead all human resources strategic and business initiatives in assigned facility or functional area of responsibility including but not limited to change management, interpretation of laws and policies, risk management, conflict management and employee relations, staffing and retention, total rewards, and various metrics, analytics and technological expertise designed to assist in goal achievement.
The Director, Human Resources is responsible for advising management at all levels regarding People matters and assisting in the implementation of business strategies. This position is a trusted advisor to leaders and oversees the design, development and execution of human resource strategies, including, but not limited to: recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, culture development, and organization design.
