In this role, you will responsible for multiple projects and initiatives across People Services which impact the business; develops project plans, timelines, milestones and communication plans to ensure project success.

In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the client organization possesses the necessary workforce volume & capability to effectively and efficiently deliver core services while managing labor cost and developing future bench strength.
In this role, you will support employee relations, ethics, or compliance investigations ( initial interviews & fact gathering ); maintain tracking for issues / concerns and handle inquiries from employees or managers.
