In this role, you will provide timely and accurate information to program management and USG team to make decisions for program success. Attend and support meetings including, but not limited to, in-house and off-site conferences, Program Management Reviews (PMR), Depot Working Group (DWG), Supportability Assessment Reviews (SAR), Risk Reviews and Team Accountability Reviews (TAR).
In this role, you will create PMC life cycle technical documentations, and custom customer education sessions Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, developers, architects, TAMs, DSEs and account executive management.
In this role, you will provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on - site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. The selected candidate will serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing advisory services and advanced problem resolution, including issues raised to the highest levels of management.
