In this role, you will be responsible for
providing technical support for customer's global voice network environment including but not limited to network incident identification, documentation, escalation and resolution.
In this role, the selected candidate should have understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) - experience and knowledge in various data interchange and representation formats such as JSON, XML.
In this role, the selected candidate will design and implement systems using a variety of languages (i.e. C, Python, Assembly, etc.) in support of the LRS communication and indoor positioning products.
The candidate will spend approximately a third of his or her time on new development using technology including: SQL 2008 R2, ASP.NET 4.0. Experience with programming T-SQL is a plus, as is experience with mobile app development (Android/iPhone).
In this role, you will provide enterprise and project-level information analysis support that produces consistent, accurate, and complete information requirements that enhances the analytic and reporting lifecycle throughout the enterprise.
In this role, the selected candidate will design, develop, and maintain companys merchant and payment processing systems in order to improve daily operations, minimize risk and maximize profit; including automation of manual functions, simplify and eliminate redundancies.
In this role, you will create / comprehend intermediate-to complex logical (conceptual, relational, subject-level and dimensional) data models and other metadata deliverables at varying levels of detail and functionality across multiple business areas of responsibility.
