The Regional Sales Manager drives revenue and increases overall adoption of company solutions in the sales territory; this is a customer facing role with an emphasis on understanding Utility customer objectives and aligning company solutions to meet those objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will offer thorough training in their industry so this manager can hit the ground running but the role will be most heavily focused with working with the sales team in the field to make sure they are up to date with product knowledge, best practices and are motivated and staying on track.
Analyze facility progress toward census goals and objectives and assist program directors in achieving their marketing goals and provide assistance and direction in collaboration with the respective regional operator.
In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining profitable results through the rep groups sales teams by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
