Director Quality Management job is responsible for planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital.Provides education to medical staff, hospital staff, and Governing Body.
The key focus of this position will be to ensure product and services within the organization meets customer specifications and achieves superior quality and reliability levels as well as total customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimization of outsourced vendor operations including the execution of multiple business processes, such as assigned EOB, ARC, FCO functions, as well as any other module assigned to the BPO.
The Director is responsible for a hospital -wide quality management program and works with hospital administration, departments, and the medical staff to monitor and evaluate the quality of delivery of patient care services within the hospital.
In this role, you will be responsible for
compile and summarize all investigation activities received from internal customers and deliver appropriate written, verbal or in person communication back to external customer, when appropriate.
This position is responsible for advancing ACEPs leadership in the development of quality and performance measurements before organizations recognized as leaders in the development and approval of consensus-based national standards for measurement and public reporting of healthcare performance data that provide meaningful information about whether care is safe, timely, beneficial, patient-centered, equitable and efficient.
In this role, the selected candidate will strategically engage customers through fostering relationships with state Departments of Health, planning professional education, developing communications and marketing options to leverage AHA award achievement and recruiting of hospital systems to participate in the registries.
