Establish and execute Bell Helicopter global security strategy, lead the organization towards culture change from a security perspective and lead all security measures necessary for application of Bell and Government Security requirements including but not limited to classified information/materials, ITAR regulations, asset, facilities and employee protection and employee training/education and certification as required.
Ensure programs, processes, standards and the appropriate organizational structure are in place to maintain the entire portfolio including building structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, plumbing, pools, elevators, life safety systems, equipment, etc.
Under limited supervision, leads large project efforts that support corporate marketing strategies. Gathers information on competitive intelligence, market segmentation and/or targeted marketing initiatives and develops appropriate recommendations or response. Provides effective presentations to executive management.
Develop contacts within the industry and implement recruiting strategies such as social networking and cold calling in order to build sourcing pipelines of diverse talent, while reducing dependency on external recruiters in order to minimum placement fees.
